1、用任意文本编辑软件打开“C:\Users[Your User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Scooter Software\xxx compare3 \BCState.xml”

2、删除<TCheckForUpdatesState>节点（即<TCheckForUpdatesState>到</TCheckForUpdatesState>之间的部分）,保存退出编辑软件。

3、重新打开，所有历史记录及配置都有保留，没再弹出3281-0350

最一个简单的脚本,上面那种操作之后把有效的xml文件拷贝到一个文件夹,然后出错时直接用下面的bat脚本拷贝到目录下
